Jacob's Drill is an unlockable passive item in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Causes every Secret Room to now contain an entrance to a special Angel Room.

The room contains a Fallen Angel statue and either an item from the Angel Room pool that costs red hearts or a choice between 2 items from the Devil Room pool.

Destroying the Fallen Angel statue will result in a fight against Fallen Uriel. Upon defeat the boss will drop Key Piece 1/ Key Piece 2

Upon leaving the room Isaac will be taken back to the Secret Room and the pit will be gone.
