Whenever Apollyon is shooting, every 3 seconds a ring of tears will be spawned around him. Every copy of this Buff reduces the cooldown up to 1 second at 7 copies. The amount of tears in the ring is equal to 2+2*amount of copies of this Buff

At 2+ copies: Spawned tears will spawn red creep.

At 3+ copies: In uncleared room causes tears to fall from the sky in a random positions. Those tears will also spawn red creep.

Creep spawned by this item deals damage * (amount of copies of this Buff / 4)
