Fourth Seal is a passive item in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

This item is a part of Buff Items set

When Apollyon takes damage nearby enemies will be entrapped in bone snares for 5 seconds. Each copy of this Buff increases the area of effect.

At 2+ copies:
Additionally deals damage equal to Apollyon's damage alongside entrapping the enemy.

This effect only triggers upon taking damage.

At 3+ copies:
Upon entering an uncleared room all enemies will become entrapped for 2 seconds.

Enemies have a 33% chance to spawn bone orbitals on death.
