First Seal is a passive item in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Enemies have a chance to spawn friendly Small Maggots on death, up to 3 maggots at the same time. The chance of a maggot spawning is based on enemy's max health. Spawned Maggots dies after they traverse 3 uncleared rooms.

Each copy of this Buff increases the chance of a maggot spawning by 5% and raises the max amount of them by 2.

At 3+ copies:
Whenever this item spawns a maggot it will also spawn a poisonous fart.

Killing a boss spawns a friendly Level 2 Charger that lasts till it dies. There can be only 1 friendly Level 2 Charger present at the same time.
