Grants Apollyon a luck based chance to shoot a special tear that leaves behind a trail of red flames. Each flame lasts 1.5 seconds and deals 1.2x of Apollyon's damage. Each copy of this Buff also increases the chance of shooting out the
special tear.

At 2+ copies:
Special tears leave behind more flames.

At 3+ copies:
Special tears spawn blue flames instead of red flames.

Blue flames last 3 seconds and deal Apollyon's Damage * (0.75 + amount of copies of this Buff/10)

At 4+ copies:
Special tears now have piercing.
