Saper is an unlockable passive item in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Causes 3 bomb spots to appear in every hostile room.

Upon stepping on a bomb spot, Isaac will create a big explosion that deals 50 damage. The explosion deals no damage to the character.

If Isaac completes the room without stepping on any of the bomb spots, he will instead be rewarded with a random pickup.
