Vulcan is an unlockable passive item in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds a charge meter that fills up while shooting. Releasing the fire buttons when fully charged (4.71 seconds) will shoot out a barrage of flaming rock tears.

Upon impact, tears will spawn red flames that deal 4x damage and last 1.5 seconds.
