​Ophiuchus is an unlockable passive item in Andromeda, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Chance to shoot a barrage of 5 tears where the first tear deals full Isaac's damage while each following tear is smaller and deals less damage than the previous one.

Every tear in the barrage inherits the properties and path of the first tear, including tear effects.

Slightly scales with luck.

Enemies killed by the barrage have a 5% chance to drop a Half Soul Heart upon death. This is not affected by luck.

Defeat Ultra Greedier as Andromeda.

This item contributes towards the Spode transformation when it is unlocked. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and make his tears spawn little star tears that have 1/4th of Isaac's damage, homing, and inherit tear effects.
