Alien Transmitter is an unlockable trinket in Andromeda, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Non-boss enemies have a chance to be abducted and instantly killed.
The chance is 0.033% each frame, or ~1% each second.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac as 
Tainted Andromeda.
