Polaris trinket
Polaris is an unlockable trinket in Andromeda, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When a Deal Room doesn't appear after defeating the floor's boss, the boss item is turned into an Angel Room item for sale or a Devil Room item which costs heart containers.
Taking a devil item this way does not lock Isaac into Devil Deals.
How to unlock?
Complete Boss Rush as 
Tainted Andromeda.
