Candy Floss is a passive item in Arachna, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Drains all of Isaac's red health in exchange for spawning Web Hearts, spawning 3 at minimum.

Adds a chance to shoot slowing and quad-splitting tears.

The chance is luck-based starting at 5% with 0 luck, and maxing out at 100% with 20 luck.

If playing as Keeper or Tainted Keeper. then Coin Hearts will still be drained down to 1, but each Web Heart will be replaced with blue spiders.
