Cat's Cold item
Cat's Cold is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
The first direction Isaac shoots per floor will have a x2.5 fire delay and inflict poison.
This effect will occur every time Isaac fires in that direction. The chosen direction resets every floor.
Only appears while playing as Bael.
