Description
Can only be obtained by evolving Wasteful Voucher.
Grants a 10% chance to replace the room clear reward with a booster pack.
Opening a chest has a 33% chance to drop an extra booster pack.
Unchosen consumables from Booster Packs has a 33% chance to turn into object consumables.
