After acquiring this item, all subsequent items that appear will be converted into Piece of Relationship until Isaac has 5 of them.

When acquired multiple times, the effect stacks, and the damage multipliers are calculated additively.

Pieces of Relationship that appeared through conversion are removed upon moving to the next room.
