Ring of the Pinky is a trinket in Basement Moon, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Entering a room gives two different random stats +0.5 and -0.25 respectively.
Possible stats: Speed, Fire rate, Damage, Range, Shot speed and Luck.

Killing an enemy has a 10% chance to inflict 5 potency of a random keyword on all enemies: Bleed, Rupture or Sinking.

While Isaac has a Slash-type item:
→ +9% Planetarium chance.
→ Turns this trinket golden.
