Blunt is a system in Basement Moon, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

A custom item category used by Basement Moon. It includes selected base-game items and Basement Moon items. The Blunt icon next to an item pedestal identifies this category. An item can belong to more than one category.

Basement Moon's Blunt items grant +0.11 / +0.12 / +0.13 / +0.14 tear size at quality 1 / 2 / 3 / 4. These category bonuses do not apply to base-game items.

Some Basement Moon item effects depend on the Blunt items Isaac holds.
