Cursed Thorn item
Cursed Thorn is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Whenever an enemy projectile lands, 8% chance to spawn a Poisonous Gem pickup at its location, which disappears after 6 seconds.
Up to 5 Poisonous Gem pickups can be in the same room at once.
