Hand Powered Recovery Center is an active item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns one of the following if they've previously been killed or removed in a run:
• 45%: 3 small familiars (Blue Flies, Blue Spiders, Dip familiars, etc.)
• 45%: An enemy; they have a 50% chance to be permanently charmed, and a 50% chance to be hostile.
• 10%: A passive item; prioritizes spawning familiar items that were removed over other removed passive items.

Rerolled items due to D4 or D100 count as being removed for the item's purposes.

If none of the three possible rewards can be spawned, spawns a hostile Tar Boy enemy.
