D100 item
D100 is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Activates most dice-related items in the game at once: D1, D4, The D6, D7, D8, D10, D12 and D20.
Effectively rerolls the entire run, affecting passive items held by Isaac, pedestal items in the room, stats, monsters, rocks and pickups.

Complete Boss Rush as The Lost.

• Abyss: x1 glitched locust .75x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 2 hp - 3 damage
• Book of Virtues: Rerolls all wisps, doesn't reroll Book of Virtues
