Sissy Longlegs is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that wanders around the room and spawns friendly Blue Spiders once every 10-15 seconds.

Upon contact with an enemy, it will briefly charm them.

Up to 5 Blue Spiders can be spawned at a time.

The spawning timer is active only if there are enemies in the room.
