Dark Bum item
Dark Bum is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and collects red hearts.
For every one and a half red hearts collected, it will spawn one of the following:
• 
Black Heart (40% chance)
• Card or rune (20% chance)
• Pill (20% chance)
• Blue Spider (10% chance)
• Enemy Spider (10% chance)
