D12 item
D12 is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
Rerolls all obstacles in the room, such as rocks, metal blocks, poops, spikes, fire places, TNT, cobwebs and pillars.
Can reroll into other obstacles, as well as reward plates, red buttons, crawl spaces, trapdoors, golden poop, rainbow poop and tinted rocks.
