Tear Detonator item
Tear Detonator is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
Splits all mid-air tears shot from Isaac into 6 more tears in all directions which retain their tear effects, damage and shot speed.
Also affects tears shot from Isaac's familiars.

Tear Detonator
• Splits all friendly tears on screen into outward-launching rings of 6 tears each
• Abyss: x1 locust .75x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 2 hp - 2 damage
• Book of Virtues: Wisp's tears detonate on item use
• Book of Virtues: Explodes into a tear ring when killed
