Description
Rerolls all pickups and chests in the room.
Cannot reroll items into item pedestals.

• Abyss: x1 rerolling locust 1x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 4 hp - 4 damage
• Book of Virtues: Destroys pickups and has a chance to convert them to random wisps
