Harlequin Baby item
Harlequin Baby is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac around and fires 2 tears at once in a V pattern which each deal 4 damage.
The familiar shoots 1.36 times per second.
Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Mr. Fred.
