D1 item
D1 is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Duplicates a random pickup in the current room into another pickup of the same type, but the variant can be different, e.g. using it on a 
Heart can spawn a 
Soul Heart.
Cannot duplicate 
Jera.
Opened chests will be duplicated into an unopened copy.
Can be used to duplicate shop pickups into free pickups.
