Big Chubby is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and charges across the room when Isaac fires.

The familiar deals 2.7 damage per tick (40.5 per second) when launched, and blocks enemy projectiles.

When launched, the familiar will travel forward until it hits an obstacle or a wall.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating The Matriarch.
