Lil Monstro is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Spawns a miniature Monstro familiar that follows Isaac. It charges up and fires a cluster of tears similar to Monstro's attack.

The familiar fires 12-14 tears that do 3.5 damage each.

Charge time is equal to 1 second.
