Depression is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Spawns a cloud familiar that follows Isaac and leaves a trail of damaging blue creep on the ground.

The creep deals 2 damage per tick (20 per second).

Upon touching an enemy, the cloud has a small chance to shoot a damaging Holy Light beam onto the enemy that deals 20 + DamageStat damage per tick and can strike up to 8 times.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Rainmaker.
