Holy Light item
Holy Light is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
Adds a chance to fire glowing blue tears that spawn a damaging beam of light after colliding with an enemy.
Each beam deals 3x Isaac's tear damage and damages enemies in a small radius around it.
The chance to fire a holy tear scales with luck, using the formula: 1 / (11 - LuckStat), starting at 10% with 0 luck, going up to 50% at 9 luck.
