Host Hat item
Host Hat is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
Grants immunity to explosions and projectiles falling from above.
Has a 20% chance to block any incoming projectiles. When a projectile is blocked, fires 3 tears that copy Isaac's damage, range and tear effects.
Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating The Gate.

Host Hat
• Places a Host on Isaac's head which makes Isaac immune to explosion damage
• Chance to block enemy shots, and fire 3 bullets back
• Grants immunity to damage from projectiles that fall from above
• Abyss: x1 shield locust 1.5x Isaac's damage
