Charged Baby - The Binding of Isaac

Charged Baby is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac.

While in an uncleared room, every 30 seconds, it has a chance to do one of the following:
• Spawn a random battery pickup (max 2 times per room).
• Add a charge to Isaac's active item (max 2 times per room).
• Petrify all enemies in the room for 1.3 seconds.
