Finger! is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Spawns a finger familiar that can be aimed with the shooting buttons in all directions.

The finger fires invisible spectral lasers that deal 10% of Isaac's damage 10 times per second.

The thickness of the invisible laser scales with Isaac's damage, allowing it to deal damage to a wider area.

Whilst not being aimed with the firing buttons, the finger will point to Isaac's movement direction.
