Plan C is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Deals 9,999,999 damage to every enemy in the room, but kills Isaac 3 seconds later.

Can be used to kill final bosses that have a quick death animation and finish the run in time before dying.

If used against Delirium or Mother, the death timer is 10 seconds.

Even if Isaac does not manage to reach the ending object in time, some bosses are still technically considered dead before their death animation is finished, thus granting the completion mark if not yet acquired.

List of bosses that cannot be killed in time: Ultra Greedier (only as Tainted Forgotten, The Lost, Tainted Lost, The Forgotten in Soul form and Tainted Jacob in Lost form), The Beast (if used before Isaac starts fighting her directly).

Invlunerable enemies cannot be killed. This includes temporary invulnerability, such as a closed off Host.

No form of invincibility can prevent Isaac from dying after having used Plan C.
