D10 is an active item in The Binding of Isaac.

Devolves all monsters in the room into weaker variants of themselves.

Each type of monster has a specific devolve path it takes.

If a monster is at its weakest level, it will mostly transform into a background critter or simply die.

Some enemies can be transformed into obstacles or pickups.

• Devolves all enemies in the room into other enemies of lower difficulty
• Does not affect bosses or mini-bosses
• Abyss: x1 glitched locust .75x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 2 hp - 3 damage
• Book of Virtues: Tears have a chance to reroll enemies
