Mystery Meat trinket
Mystery Meat is a trinket in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Whenever an item that grants red heart containers on pickup spawns, the item is immediately rerolled into a different random item that grants red heart containers on pickup.
The new item chosen can be from any item pool.
If an item of Quality 3 or higher is chosen to spawn, there is a 50% chance for an item of a lower quality to be chosen instead.
