Upgraded Penny trinket
Upgraded Penny is a trinket in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Upon entering a new floor, gives either a +0.1× fire rate multiplier or +0.1× damage multiplier, and a random buff among the following:
• +0.2 speed.
• +20% chance to convert a fired tear into a green piercing tear.
• +15% chance to convert bombs placed by Isaac into Hot Bombs.
• +15% chance for 
Key pickups to spawn as 
Key Rings.
Can only spawn through the effect of Degraded Penny.
