Determination is an unlockable passive item in Benevolence, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 extra life.
Uses Berserk!, Book of Shadows and Dark Arts on death.
Isaac respawns in the same room with half a heart.
How to unlock?
Earn all completion marks as 
Samson.
