Sputtering Gutter is a passive item in Benevolence, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+30% fire rate.
Causes Isaac's tears to be fired at a semi-random rate base on Isaac's fire rate and deal a semi-random amount of damage base on Isaac's damage.
Isaac's tear are shot in a spread.
