Fissure item
Fissure is a passive item in Benevolence, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Sends out rock waves that deal 10 damage per tick to enemies and break obstacles upon taking damage.
Rock waves can break open door entrances, including Secret Rooms. They can also break open Bomb Chests.
Grants a 5% chance of dropping a 
Bone Heart after taking damage.
