Bone Heart pickup
Bone Heart is an unlockable pickup in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Adds an empty bone heart container.
Bone hearts can be refilled with red hearts, and take 3 hits to deplete.
When depleted, bone hearts break and cannot be regenerated.
If obtained as a character that cannot have red health, the bone heart cannot be filled and will break in 1 hit.
