Scared Heart pickup
Scared Heart is an unlockable pickup in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Heals a full red heart container.
Acts and looks identical to a normal 
Heart, but pulses faster and runs away from Isaac when approached.

How to unlock?
Quick-restart by holding down the R button 7 times in a row.
