Blended Heart is a pickup in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Acts as either a Heart or Heart (soul) based on Isaac's current health.

If Isaac has an empty red heart container, it will refill one, otherwise it will add a soul heart.

If Isaac is missing only a half red heart container, it will fill it, and grant a half soul heart.
