Barren trinket
Barren is an unlockable trinket in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Enemies take an extra 50% damage.
Isaac takes extra half a heart damage.
Heart, coin, key, and bomb pickups will disappear in 3 × TrinketMultiplier seconds.
How to unlock?
Defeat Ultra Greedier as 
Benighted Cain and Abel.
