The Left Foot is an unlockable trinket in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When entering a new level, spawns 2 × TrinketMultiplier Red Chests and grants -0.06 speed.
If the speed is below 0.66, it does nothing.
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan on Hard Mode as 
Benighted Cain and Abel.
