On pickup
Regarded as a devil deal.
+100% angel chance.
+1 Black Heart.
+1 Eternal Heart.
While held
Angel chance is increased by 50% × TrinketMultiplier.
No devil or angel room chance decrease when Red Hearts are damaged in normal rooms.
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan on Hard Mode as 
Benighted Judas.
