Tough Heart is an unlockable trinket in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
15% chance to resist damage.
When hurt, the chance is increased by 25% × TrinketMultiplier until next resistance.
No effect on self-damage.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Lamb on Hard Mode as 
Benighted Magdalene.
