D4D item
D4D is an unlockable active item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Changes the ID of the closest item with relative direction:
• Left: +1
• Right: -1
• Up: x2
• Down: /2 (round off)
e.g.: Isaac stands at the left of The Inner Eye, so it will be rerolled into The Sad Onion.
If no available item id, the item will be removed.
How to unlock?
Earn all completion marks on Hard Mode as Benighted Eden.
