Description
Can only be charged by cleaning rooms
Can be fully charged twice.
On use
-1 Broken Heart, if not, +1 Soul Heart.
If playing as 
Benighted Magdalene: +20 Iron Hearts.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium on Hard Mode as Benighted Magdalene.
