Insects and Nectars is a passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When entering a new room, spawns blue flies equal to the number of fly items owned.

10% chance to spawn a temporary Heart (half) when Blue Fly dies.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
